“For the IPO, Josh played a key role as the main organiser of the Due Diligence Committee and ensuring that the board were clearly aware of required actions and risk from a legal standpoint. At the same time, he took a flexible and commercial approach to legal issues that arose, which helped to maintain momentum in the investor outreach process.
